Airport Taxi Transfers: $USD15 each way from Bequia Airport to the resort, if guests are travelling on Bequia Air this is complimentary.

VIP airport transfers are via Bequia Air. The luxury transfer is up to 50% faster than conventional services and much more comfortable . Bequia Air operates from November – May and the timetable is on the link above. We can also arrange private charters.

  • Take a day cruise to Mustique, Bequia’s glamorous neighbor, only 9 miles south and around 1 hour sailing time. Home to celebrities, rock stars and Royalty be sure to visit the famous Basil’s Bar and dance on the sand with a rum punch in hand.

  • Take a stroll along the pretty Belmont Walkway, located at Port Elizabeth, the island’s Capital. There is a selection of shops and boutiques and low-key bars and dining options such as Mac’s Pizza or Tante Pearl for authentic flavors. Be sure to catch the sunset on this side of the island.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Summer Rate Period Policy
(19 April - 19 Dec)

3 nights’ deposit is required and will be debited at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due upon check-in. Written cancellation by email at least 14 days prior to arrival, amendments at least 10 days prior to avoid penalty charge of deposit forfeiture. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be 3 nights' charge or 50% of total accommodation charge; whichever is greater. 'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.

Winter & Festive Period Policy
(20 Dec - 18 April)

7 nights’ deposit is required and will be debited at time of booking. Reservations shorter than 7 nights’ during this period will be required to pay in full at the time of booking which acts as a deposit. Any remaining balance is due upon check-in. Amendments received in writing at least 21 days prior to avoid penalty charge of deposit forfeiture. Written cancellation by email, the following charges will apply; within 45-30 days of arrival: 30% deposit penalty, 29-15 days 75% deposit penalty, within 14 days 100% of the deposit. 'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.

Deposits for stays during the festive period 20 December - 5 January are non-refundable.

Date amendments during festive received in writing at least 60 days prior,  to avoid penalty charge of deposit forfeiture.

'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.

We recommend all guests to consider travel insurance.

Please note deposit/booking refunds will be net of non-refundable card processing fees and a 5% booking charge.

Guests may amend stay dates once - additional amendment requests will be at the discretion of the hotel.

Full deposit penalty will apply to any booking subsequently cancelled after the first date amendment.
