IslandLuxe is a boutique hotel representation firm consisting of a collection of properties in the Caribbean. We pride ourselves on carefully choosing luxurious locations that fit within our brand and mission. As a company, we strive to bring clients to Five Star authentic properties across many different islands spanning the Caribbean and Bermuda. The hotels we work with have been loyal partners for years, as IslandLuxe is able to provide unique services that most marketing representation firms are not capable of offering — such as handling direct bookings. We are very hands on, ensuring that each guest receives the highest level of service possible.
By stating that our collection and brand make sense, we mean that our carefully chosen properties not only stand out as the best in the Caribbean and Bermuda, but they also work well together — as they are often combinable, allowing guests to experience a wide range of cultural activities within a single island or area.
Our Approach
IslandLuxe was founded in 1990 for the purpose of providing targeted representation to the top end of the travel agency community in North America. For more than 20 years, our company has become the name synonymous with the representation of small, authentic hotels excelling in service, accommodations and cuisine — which, above all else, are unique and truly representative of their particular locale.
As the luxury travel market has evolved through the years, our commitment to ensuring the highest level of service our clients expect has remained firmly in place. We are known for our honest representation of our clients and are considered one of, if not the, most trusted representation company among the markets that we represent. RESERVATIONS
We offer Reservation services for those hotel clients that seek them within the US. Unlike other reservations offices, our office is staffed by quality sales people, capable of qualifying clients and converting telephone inquiries into bookings. Each client is given their own toll free number, which is answered with a pleasant and personalized greeting to all callers. Client hotels can choose sales representation either with, or without, reservations service.
